We’ve had 2 issues diagnosed and fixed quickly by Vision Air in the last year- a fried circuit board and a blower malfunction. Both times the technician worked with our home warranty without any problems, and now our HVAC is working like new! (It’s 25 years old!). We will definitely maintain our system regularly with Vision Air.
Vision was the third company to come out and look at our AC. No one seemed to be able to find the problem. Vision took the time to get down to the bottom of it and FINALLY our AC is fixed! Vision Air Services has a thoroughly knowledgeable team that delivers the best in customer service. Their expertise exceeds that of other local competitors that I have used in the past. Where other heating repair services overcharge, Vision Air Services’ costs were highly competitive in comparison. They arrived on time (even a bit earlier than expected), repaired my furnace quickly and efficiently and respected my home space by keeping it clean while performing the furnace repair. But what really prompted me to write this review was the fact that I had called after hours in the evening, received incredible customer service and I was not charged an additional after hours fee!! Thank you guys! From now on, Vision Air will be my “go-to guys” for all of my home’s HVAC system and maintenance needs.
