They were quick to schedule the appointment. We had a heater that was not working properly. I had a different company come look at it (BIG WELL KNOWN COMPANY) that had quoted us a whole new system saying that the mother board was damaged and beyond repair. The quote was several thousand dollars. Vision air cleaned our flame detector and for about $100.00 our system is working like a champ for about a month. Reputable, trustworthy and would recommend to anyone!!

These guys were awesome! Came home from work one evening my AC unit was out! They were at my house first thing that morning. Had my AC up and running within a hour. They are affordable, efficient and professional!

Out of the blue I decided to call and schedule visit on a Sunday. Lo and behold I actually hit a human on the phone. In fact, I was told I could get someone onsite that very day! Instead (dreading weekend pricing) I asked about availability that week, and had someone Monday mid-day. Tech came through and was super courteous and knowledgeable. He did not mind my numerous questions or constant hovering. Within about an hour we had looked over my two systems and the tech had cleaned my outdoor fans. All in all I was quite impressed with the quick response/availability and the expert work. I will certainly look to utilize their services moving forward.

Vision was the third company to come out and look at our AC. No one seemed to be able to find the problem. Vision took the time to get down to the bottom of it and FINALLY our AC is fixed! They showed up on time, were friendly and helpful, and most importantly – they actually fixed the issue! My husband and I definitely will recommend their services from here on out!

Where other heating repair services overcharge, Vision Air Services’ costs were highly competitive in comparison. They arrived on time (even a bit earlier than expected), repaired my furnace quickly and efficiently and respected my home space by keeping it clean while performing the furnace repair. But what really prompted me to write this review was the fact that I had called after hours in the evening, received incredible customer service and I was not charged an additional after hours fee!! Thank you guys! From now on, Vision Air will be my “go-to guys” for all of my home’s HVAC system and maintenance needs.

Pricing is a bit high but they delivered good quality work in a timely fashion.
