Vision was the third company to come out and look at our AC. No one seemed to be able to find the problem. Vision took the time to get down to the bottom of it and FINALLY our AC is fixed! They showed up on time, were friendly and helpful, and most importantly – they actually fixed the issue! My husband and I definitely will recommend their services from here on out!

Same day service!! Knowledgeable and professional. Technician did not have all parts for service repair, but a fellow technician delivered needed part so service was not interrupted. Teamwork makes the dream work – or the AC. 😄 Will call again.

Out of the blue I decided to call and schedule visit on a Sunday. Lo and behold I actually hit a human on the phone. In fact, I was told I could get someone onsite that very day! Instead (dreading weekend pricing) I asked about availability that week, and had someone Monday mid-day. Tech came through and was super courteous and knowledgeable. He did not mind my numerous questions or constant hovering. Within about an hour we had looked over my two systems and the tech had cleaned my outdoor fans. All in all I was quite impressed with the quick response/availability and the expert work. I will certainly look to utilize their services moving forward.
